Admission Procedure
Admission to Aadharshila International School is based on a Common Aptitude Analysis (Entrance Test). A merit list is prepared on the basis of the candidate's performance in the test, and shortlisted candidates are invited for an interaction with the school's Education Committee — a panel comprising experienced members from the Science, Commerce, and Arts streams, along with counsellors and psychologists. Final admission is decided on the cumulative performance in the aptitude test and the interaction.
Parents of children selected for admission are expected to confirm acceptance within 10 working days, along with payment of fees as per the instructions in the school prospectus/registration form. The school reserves the right to withdraw the offer of admission if acceptance and payment are not received within the stipulated time.
Registration
Registration is the first step towards seeking admission.
Registration forms are available on all working days (Monday–Saturday) at the school's Administration Office — both Senior and Junior wings — between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Payment for the registration form may be made by Cash or Pay Order drawn in favour of Aadharshila International School.
Since seats in all classes are limited, admission is based on the entrance test/interaction and the child's previous academic records.
Dates of the interaction for Classes I to IX will be announced at the time of registration.
Admission to Class XI is open in the Science and Commerce streams. After the entrance test, parents are requested to stay in touch through ERP/SMS updates for information regarding vacant seats.
Documents Required at the Time of Registration
Self-attested copy of the child's Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority.
Self-attested copy of the Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
Self-attested copy of proof of residence (latest Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Telephone Bill / Passport).
Two recent passport-size photographs each of the child and the parents/guardian.
Documents Required for Final Admission (originals for verification + photocopies)
Proof of residential address (Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Paid Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Voter ID Card). In case of rented accommodation, an affidavit on stamp paper must be submitted.
Medical Fitness Certificate of the child, issued and signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
Vaccination/Immunization record of the child, issued and signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
Blood Group Report (recent).
Proof of nationality of both parents — PAN Card or Passport.
Proof of identity of both parents — Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence (any one).
Highest qualification certificate of both parents (optional).
Transfer Cases
A Transfer Certificate from the previous school is required for admission to LKG and above.
Parents will be called for verification of documents as per the schedule communicated by the school. All the documents listed above must be available at the time of verification.
