Attendance & Punctuality
All students must attend school regularly and punctually. Continuous absence of one month or more without prior permission may result in the student's name being struck off the rolls.
Fees & Withdrawal
No student will be permitted to appear for the Annual/Board Examination unless all fees have been paid up to date.
No reduction is made in tuition fee or conveyance charges on account of absence or vacation.
For withdrawal of a student, one month's prior notice is required. The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues to the school have been cleared in full.
Uniform & Discipline
School uniform is compulsory. Parents are requested to ensure that their children come to school neat and tidy.
Students are not permitted to bring costly articles, valuables, or electronic gadgets to school. The school will not be responsible for their loss.
Activities & Tours
Participation in all sports activities is compulsory for every student.
Educational tours organized class-wise are an integral part of learning, and participation is compulsory for all students. Requests for exemption will not be entertained.
Birthdays
Students may wear coloured dress on their birthday and may distribute only sweets among their classmates. Gifts, return gifts, or other items are not permitted.
Safety
The school makes every effort to ensure the safety and welfare of all children. However, the school shall not be held liable for any claims arising from physical injuries caused by accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
Parent–School Communication
Parents who feel their child is not making the desired progress may meet the Principal during visiting hours, with prior appointment. Visiting hours: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
