Instructions to Parents
Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. Teachers of this school are not permitted to give private tuition to its students. Parents who approach teachers for tuition do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
Early departure during school hours will not be permitted.
Any change in residential address or contact number must be intimated to the school office in writing.
All belongings of the student — books, bag, tiffin, water bottle, uniform — should be clearly marked with the student's name, class, and scholar number.
Prior sanction of leave is compulsory and must be obtained by submitting an application duly signed by the parent. If a student proceeds on unsanctioned leave for two weeks or more in the middle of a term, or immediately after a vacation, his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls.
Students are not permitted to bring or park personal vehicles in the school premises. Parents are requested to drop and pick up their ward personally or avail the school bus facility.
Parents are required to sign their ward's progress report and any other communication from the school, whenever required.
Parents must arrange to take their children home within 20 minutes of school closing time.
Parents must ensure that their ward does not associate with anti-social elements or engage in any anti-social or undisciplined activity. Such behavior may lead to suspension or stricter disciplinary action, in the interest of both the student and the institution.
